Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items
Jewelry and accessories
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original packaging or tags

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us at fiorapretofficial1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
